Easter

The kids with their stuff from the Easter bunny. Since I worked the night before, and was sleeping until about 10:30am, the story went like this: The Easter Bunny left the kids baskets, but they didn't get them until after they cleaned up the toy room and Mom woke up (according to Dad). And the bunny also left eggs, but in a bag for Mom and Dad to hide so that Mom could watch/take pictures after church. Well they bought it! So Mom got to watch AND the toy room got cleaned! Two for one bonus!!!

Here are the kids in their Easter clothes. I made a matching dress for "Baby Girl Huston," and will get more pics of all 4 after she arrives, so this will have to do for now. Aleksia wanted to take everything INCLUDING the kitchen sink in her matching purse to church, so we had to intervene!

So of course before church was beautiful, perfect for an egg hunt outside in our new yard, but since we had to wait till after church, of course as we where leaving it started raining! So the hunt was moved to the indoors, but luckily the toy room was clean! Wish I could have said the same for the down stairs, but we'll take what we can get! Here is Trestin getting a head start before the other two came down.

Searching for eggs in the newly cleaned toy room. To the right is a shelf that Than built for most of the bigger and Little People toys. What a space saver! Thanks honey!

So now we are just patiently waiting the arrival of our little one! I had already had Aleksia and Trestin by now, so even though I'm not over due (due on next Monday the 20th) I feel like I am! I've never hit my due date, Garrick was 2 days early, so we'll see what happens. Unless it's medically necessary, I don't want to be enduced. I'll suffer through, and wait until she is ready. I've been in on way too many failed or long enductions because baby wasn't ready. So we'll see. But like my friend Tennille said, hopefully my next post will be introducing our new addition! Let's hope!

Alexia's dress is adorable and the play room looks great! I have to say I wish I had known inductions could fail a week or so ago! Never again!!!

I loved the dress too, can't wait to see all four of them at church one of these days all matching, so much fun.
Looks like it was a great Easter, even if it did rain.

I can't believe you haven't had her yet. Nathan's birthday is April 20th so that is my vote!

My body just needed a little boost. I was dialated to a 4 on the day of my induction and with the help of the pit I had Lindee in just 3 short hours. So maybe you will need a little boost with this baby. Cute Easter clothes!
